Summer is in full swing, and we’re celebrating the season with drinks and desserts inspired by the tropical flavours we grew up with.
Some of our favourite summer memories are tied to flavours like pandan, coconut, mango and ube, ingredients that have been part of Filipino kitchens for generations. This season, we’ve loved sharing these flavours with our community through handcrafted drinks and desserts at our Langley café, made the JJ Bakes way with housemade ingredients and plenty of care. There’s something especially meaningful about sharing the flavours we grew up with and seeing them enjoyed by our customers.

Summer Sips
Coconut Pandan Matcha Latte
A tropical twist on our signature matcha latte, sweetened with coconut syrup and topped with pandan cold foam. We extract fresh pandan in-house for the brightest, freshest flavour, bringing one of our favourite Filipino ingredients into every sip.
Coconut Jam Latte (Biko Latte)
Inspired by the comforting flavours of Filipino biko, a traditional sticky rice cake made with coconut milk and brown sugar, this iced latte is sweetened with our housemade coconut jam and coconut syrup for a rich, creamy finish that’s perfect on a warm day.
Cantaloupe Green Tea Refresher
Light, crisp and refreshing, this summer favourite combines housemade cantaloupe juice with loose-leaf green tea for an easy afternoon pick-me-up.
Sweet Summer Favourites
Ice Candy
A nostalgic Filipino frozen treat that’s rich, creamy and made for hot summer days. Choose from Sweet Avocado, Coconut Mango or Ube Taro Latte.
Fresh Mini Pandesal
Soft, pillowy and lightly sweet, our mini pandesals are baked fresh and finished with a light coating of breadcrumbs. Pick up a half-dozen or full dozen for your next picnic, family gathering or weekend at home.
