Every single birthday, she remembered our favourite foods and made them for us and every holiday was filled with family and centered around each dish she made with love and care.
THE JJ BAKES STORY
A lot of her recipes were ones passed down from what her own grandmother learned growing up in Slovakia and some of them were inspired by our father’s Filipino culture, which she learned to make for us so we could experience and learn about both sides of our heritage.

From here, every person who ever came across her cooking and baking slowly helped manifest our store. They encouraged her to open up a little cafe someday and somewhere and it became a little dream of hers. JJ Bakes Company has become our outlet to give back to the community that believed in her and her passion.
